Supporting the Community and Families This Holiday Season
Organizer Linda Browning emphasized the importance of community support.
“Without your support, the pantry will be unable to meet the needs of our island community,” she said.
Browning also encouraged monetary donations, which are tax-deductible.
“If you don’t have time to shop, please send a check to Cape Hatteras Food Pantry, United Methodist Men, PO Box 1591, Buxton, NC 27920,” she added.
The food drive ensures that no family goes without essentials during the holidays. By contributing nonperishable items or monetary donations, residents can make a meaningful difference in their community.
